Privacy policy — KPC Coaching

KPC Coaching is a private tool used by a single padel coach to organise his own coaching schedule. This page explains what it does with Google account data. The short version: almost nothing, and you can switch it off at any moment.

What data it accesses

Permission	Why
`calendar.app.created`	Only to create and manage a calendar that the tool itself creates (named “KPC Coaching”). It lets the tool add the weekly classes to that calendar.

What it does NOT do

It does not read, modify or delete anything in the user's personal calendar.
It does not access email, contacts, files or any other Google service.
It does not use the data for advertising, profiling or analytics.
It does not sell or share the data with anyone.

Where the data lives

Class information is written into the calendar the tool created, inside the user's own Google account. The authorisation token is stored on the user's own computer (a private machine at home) and nowhere else. There is no third-party server in the middle.

Retention

Events stay in the created calendar until the user deletes them or revokes access. Revoking access removes the tool's ability to write anything further.

How to revoke access

Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select “KPC Coaching” and remove access.
Or delete the “KPC Coaching” calendar from Google Calendar. Nothing else is affected.
